In today's era when computers and smart phones are highly popular, I believe that parents and friends have the same or similar distress: it is even more difficult to let children put down their mobile phones, leave computers and TV, or ask children to step out of their homes to participate in outdoor activities. Parents are generally worried about vision problems, health problems, academic problems and even social problems caused by children's excessive use of electronic products.

However, compared with adults, children are still growing both physically and psychologically. Children's vision is more likely to be imaged by electronic devices, and the consequences may be more serious:
Every 15 minutes, children should stop computer related activities and turn their eyes to the distance to rest and relax their eyes. Try to avoid making our eyes tired.
Parents and friends can also avoid unnecessary damage to children's vision caused by intelligent devices through appropriate intervention, careful observation and appropriate recourse to professional institutions, so as to make them more fully help children's growth.
